Warranty

We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We provide a 6-month - 2 Years warranty from the date of purchase.

Not Covered in Warranty: If the Warranted Products are Modified in any way or used in any way other than as directed, all terms of this Warranty shall be void. To Avail Warranty: Customer needs to save the invoice as proof of purchase, and register on the website with the serial no. mentioned on the package.

Limitation Of Liability

You are required to submit Your information at the time of making an online purchase on the Website. Toreto.in uses an online payment gateway that is operated by a third party and the information that You share with Toreto.in is transferred and shared with such third party payment gateway operator. The said operator may also have access to Your online purchase history/details that You make from the Website.

Delivery of the Product

At the moment, toreto.in provides SLA of 5-7 business days for delivery within India. In the event case, Your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or the merchant or the area is not covered, we would request You to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our partner/merchant's delivery list. In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by Toreto.in, in such cases, Toreto.in will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product. Toreto.in doesn't deliver items internationally. However, You can make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world in INR and at the same time ensuring the shipping address is within India.

In case You book multiple order for the Products and Services in one transaction, Toreto.in would endeavour to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to some product characteristics and/or logistics' issues. If You purchase multiple Products in a single transaction, then all the Products would be dispatched to a single shipping address given by You. If You wish to ship Products to different addresses, then You should book the orders separately based on the delivery addresses.
