Shipping Policy

Each order placed on www.Toreto.in can be shipped only to a single address, which is specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders. 

We try our best to ensure that each item in your order is shipped within 3 working days of the order date. However, during festivals, sales, or other exceptional circumstances, shipping may take up to 5 or more working days. 

Order processing is generally conducted from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays will be processed on the next business day. 

To deliver your order promptly and securely, Toreto partners exclusively with trusted & reliable logistic services. 

Toreto aims to ship all items in a single order together, but this may not always be possible due to product availability or characteristics. 

Each order placed on www.Toreto.in includes an invoice from Toreto to ensure transparency. If you do not receive it, you can easily request a copy by sending a WhatsApp message to +91 72900 04556, type ‘Hi’, select ‘Order’ from the menu, and then choose ‘Invoice Request’ to receive a copy of your invoice. 

Kindly expect your order to arrive within 7 to 10 business days. 

Once your product is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation along with a tracking ID on your registered mobile number via WhatsApp. To track your order, simply visit www.Toreto.in and click on ‘Track your Order tab’ then, submit your Order ID or In case, if you haven’t received a tracking ID, please message ‘Hi’ to WhatsApp +91 72900 04556 from your registered mobile number, select ‘Order’ from the menu, and then choose ‘Order Tracking 'to check the estimated delivery time and the current shipping status of your order. 

Toreto offers payment through prepaid options and cash on delivery (COD). Please note that COD may not be available for all pin codes. At checkout on www.Toreto.in, you can use the ‘Check Cash on Delivery Availability’ feature to enter your pin code and confirm if COD is available at your location. 

If your order arrives visibly damaged, we kindly request that you must contact Toreto Customer Service immediately. Please provide your order ID and clear images of the product at Info@Toreto.in or via WhatsApp at +91 72900 04556. Once verified, Toreto will promptly arrange a replacement or refund. 

In case, you suspect that your order’s packaging has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, we recommend refusing the delivery and submitting a ticket at Info@Toreto.in or via WhatsApp at +91 72900 04556, mentioning your order ID. Toreto will quickly process a replacement or refund for your order.
