Service Policy

All Toreto Product comes with a warranty period mentioned in the warranty card and at the back of the packaging.  


For Products with off-side Warranty  
 

Visiting our service centers 

Visit your nearest service center to get the faulty product repaired or replaced (based on the evaluation of the fault in your product the service centre will inform you accordingly), If the product can be repaired it will be handed-over to you within 3 working days after the repair work has been done. For a replacement, a new product will be handed over to you within 7-10 working days. Please note, you will have to visit the service centre to collect the product as well 

Once you visit the service centre with your faulty product please report your visit at support@toreto.in or WhatsApp us at XXXXXX with your token number, date of visit and a copy of your invoice. 

If your issue is not addressed within the stipulated time and you fail to hear from our customer happiness team please writes an email to escalation@toreto.in and we will make sure your issue is resolved within next 3 working days. (Unless we need more time due to unavoidable circumstances like stock, part availability issues etc.) 


For Products with On-site Warranty  
 

Visiting our service centers 

Call your nearest service center and register a complain and schedule an engineer visit to your location. Once you register a complaint about your product with the service center please report your schedule with us at support@toreto.in or WhatsApp us at XXXXXX with your token number, date of reaching out to our service centre and a copy of your invoice. Our Customer Happiness Ambassador will call you to understand the issue and will continue to assist you till you get a resolution.  

A engineer visit will happen within 3 working days and the resolution will be provided with 10 working days.  


Couldn’t find a service center near you?  
 

If you do not have a service centre near you, please click here (A form to register a complain will popp-up) to register.  Please be noted our customer happiness captain will call you within 8 working hours to understand your problem and assist you with the repair or replacement of your faulty product.  

You can also email us register at support@toreto.in or WhatsApp us your issue at XXXXXXXXXX with your model No., Date of purchase and a copy of your valid invoice. Our customer happiness captain will call you connect with you within 8 working hours to understand your issue.  

Based on your issue we might ask you to send the product to our HO to understand and repair your product. The repaired / fresh product should reach you with 7 working days*
