Return & Order cancellation Policy
Thank you for the purchase. We hope you are happy and fully satisfied with your purchase. In case you are not for any appropriate reasons mentioned below, then you have the right to return, exchange, or cancel your order based on the terms and conditions given in this policy document.
Note: For cancellation, it is mandatory to cancel your order before shipment of the respective items. It is applicable for both COD and prepaid purchases.
Returns
At Toreto, we follow the top-notch practices based on industry standards for the manufacturing and testing of our products. However, we do apologies for any defects or damage that occur in one or few products due to machine or human errors. To mend such black swan events, we have devised our returns and exchange policy.

Damaged/Defective product: All our products go through a series of industry-standard practices to ensure premium quality of both the products and their packaging. However, if a damaged or defective product is delivered, we assure all Toreto customers not to worry. To report the issue, please send a WhatsApp message to +91 72900 04556, text “Hi”, select “Order” from the menu, and then choose “Damaged/Defective Product” as your query. Explain the issue regarding your product within 24 hours of delivery.
Please note that our return policy requires all complaints regarding damaged or defective products to be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Complaints received after this period will not be eligible for returns. Therefore, we strongly encourage inspecting your product immediately upon delivery and submitting any complaints promptly through WhatsApp.

No Questions Asked Return Policy: In case the delivered product is not damaged or defective, but you are not satisfied with it, you may place a return or exchange request within 14 days of delivery. To do so, send a WhatsApp message to +91 72900 04556, text “Hi”, select “Order” from the menu, and then choose “7 Days Exchange/Return” as your query. Our team will process the refund or exchange without asking any questions.
We kindly request that you share the reason for the return or exchange so that we can gather your valuable feedback to improve our products and better understand our customers’ needs.
Warranty period: All Toreto products come with a one-year warranty. During this period, the product can be exchanged based on the issue reported by the customer. The customer support team will first attempt to provide a reliable resolution, and if the issue cannot be resolved, the team will approve the exchange of the product.
To request a warranty service, customers should send a WhatsApp message to +91 72900 04556, text “Hi”, select “Service” from the menu, and then choose “Under Warranty” as their query. The Toreto customer support team will respond within 24 working hours of receiving your message.
Out of warranty product: We do not accept any return or exchange of product once the product is out of warranty. However, we are still there with our users until the end of the product’s life. Any exchange/upgrade/return during out of warranty will be on a chargeable basis. Any shipping/customs/taxes/VAT will be charged on an actual basis from the Toreto users. Any remote technical support or remote troubleshoot via whatsapp/chat/audio-call will be free of cost for the Toreto users.
Order Cancellation: The user will be able to cancel the order in the following cases:

Orders can be cancelled only before the sizing kit is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

If none of the sizes fit, the end user must raise a request within 72 hours of receiving the sizing kit for further assistance.
To initiate an order cancellation, users need to send a WhatsApp message to +91 72900 04556, text “Hi”, select “Order” from the menu, and then choose “Cancellation” as their query. Our customer support team will get in touch with you to facilitate the order cancellation process within 24 working hours of receiving your message.
Note: In this case, the refunded amount will be issued to the original payment source.

Disposal of Toreto Product: Dispose of your Toreto product responsibly, just as you would any other electronic device. Avoid discarding it with regular household waste. Instead, opt for recycling in accordance with the e-waste regulations of your country to ensure safe handling of materials and potentially hazardous components.

You can contact your local recycling centers or authorized electronics retailers for information on e-waste collection programs. Many communities provide designated drop-off points and guidelines for recycling electronic devices, including Toreto products.

If recycling facilities are not accessible, consider donating your device to organizations or charities that accept used electronics. Even if the product is no longer functional for you, it could still be useful to others.
Return Process
If the return is approved, customers are requested to carefully pack the Toreto product along with all accessories included in the original box before handing it over to the courier partner. The return shipping will be free of cost, and a shipping label will be provided by the Toreto Customer Support Team along with the return or exchange approval. For any communication related to returns or exchanges, customers can send a WhatsApp message to +91 72900 04556, text “Hi”, select “Order” from the menu, and then choose “Return/Exchange” as their query. The Toreto Customer Support Team will respond within 24 working hours of receiving your message.
Warranty
All Toreto products come with a 1-year warranty; starting from the date of delivery of the product. The details about the warranty are given in the warranty card/section in the Toreto’s product box.
Warranty Inclusions
The owners of Toreto products are encouraged to follow the quick user guide to set up their products accordingly. If users still experience any issues, the exchange of the Toreto’s product will be applicable under the following conditions:

Manufacturing or craftsmanship defects in the product

Functional issues with buttons, ports, or sensors

Connectivity or data not syncing properly (for smartwatches, issues with the HryFine App)

Product not charging or holding charge
-
Malfunctioning charging dock or adapter (only the affected accessory will be replaced in this case)

Defective charging cable (only the cable will be replaced in this case)
Warranty Exclusions
The following are exclusions from the one-year warranty for all Toreto products:

Cosmetic Damages during usage and handling, including but not limited to:

Scratches

Dents
Damage caused by:

Service or repairs carried out by anyone other than an authorized Toreto service center

Natural wear and tear

Aging of the product
If the user cannot provide proof of ownership of the product
The return, exchange, and order cancellation policies are designed to ensure a smooth product lifecycle for all Toreto products. Any scenarios not explicitly covered in these policies will be handled on a case-by-case basis following industry's best practices.
